Helix Empire privacy policy
Helix Empire keeps only what the game needs to run your account and your empire. This page lists all of it.
What we store
- An account id: the stable id from Sign in with Apple or Google, or a hash of your e-mail address — to recognise you between sessions and seat you in a world
- Your name in the game, your civilization and everything you do in the world (colonies, research, treaties, trades, chat, guild and private messages) — the game itself; other players of your world see what the game shows them
- The push token of your device and its language — to notify you about your colony, in your language
- Salted hashes of the network you play from and of your push device — to flag possible multi-accounting for a moderator; never the raw address
- Reports you file and moderation decisions — to keep chats fair
- Prestige, titles and heritage genes — progress that carries over between seasons
What we never do
- No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics.
- No sale or sharing of data, except Apple delivering push notifications.
- Sign in with Apple asks for no name and no e-mail.
Deleting your account
In the app: menu → Delete account. Your seat is freed, your devices are forgotten, and your colony stays in the world without your name. Backups holding your data are replaced within 7 days.
